Wonderful
Location is perfect. Heating was working properly (a rarity nowadays) and a fully closed bathroom stall. (this hotel was the one and ONLY to provide us this comfort of the 6 we've booked along our stay in Germany).
For our needs, this is the perfection Nothing else to declare.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Great location. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. The variety was amazing. The elevators were a little creaky and small. But they worked.
Staff did not understand English. We were able to figure things out.

It was centrally located near the train station and center of town. Restaurants, coffee shops, stores are all within an easy walking distance. It was clean throughout and the room was comfortable. It’s an older hotel with a unique history and the free parking behind the hotel was an added bonus. The breakfast sections were tasty & plentiful & free coffee is available in the lobby.
It could use a bit of updating but otherwise it’s fine.

It’s just across the Kassel Bhf so very easy to get there without carrying the luggage too far. The room is relatively larger than in most other hotels . It’s clean and very functional. The staff was helpful.
There was no hair dryer in our room.

I booked this hotel specifically for the air conditioning, as the weather was extremely hot during my stay. Unfortunately, the AC in the rooms was significantly weaker than in the lobby and common areas. The first night was uncomfortably hot and damp, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Although I was upgraded on the second night, the new room was still too warm to be truly comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well-located, but if you're booking during a heatwave, be aware that the in-room cooling may not meet expectations.

Excellent location and brilliant staff. I personally found the room to be too hot during my stay and had to have the window open but this lead to a lot of traffic noise so sleep wasn’t the best.
