Last minute choice with a discount, happy to have a meal in the restaurant. Dogs accepted for 15€ (even if the receptionist on arrival said it is 30€). The place was clean, albeit old fashioned.
The bed was not good, felt like the head of the bed was lower than the feet.

Stayed here recently and loved the location—right next to the tram, which made getting around super easy. The rooms have a cool design and were spotless. Breakfast selection was small but delicious and fresh. The bar was great, with a nice outdoor area; too bad it was too chilly to sit outside during my stay.
For such a great hotel, was surprised the bedding wasn’t too comfortable- pillows seemed flimsy and felt more like a college dorm than a four star hotel.

For a four star Hotel a lot was missing, no mini bar or at least a refrigerator, no automatic vacuum cleaning of the room had to ask the cleaning lady to do it, not even one international TV channel, all furniture etc. In the breakfast room area very old..

The room with the bed in the middle looks nice, bathroom simple but ok and clean. Friendly staff and owner.
This is not a four start hotel. The room was not clean and with and outside temperature of 24 degrees, the temperature inside the room was 26. There is no airconditioning. The bed is very soft and I would say small for two persons. But I was alone, so that was not an issue for me. The anti allergy rooms were only half anti allergic and there was not enough staff. The staff is friendly, but speaks poor English. The price of the breakfast is high (€20) not in balance with the room price. Food in the restaurant was good, but overpriced. Overall a reasonable stay, my review would have been different if this was a 2 start hotel.

Large room. Interesting decor. Close to tram stops - 4 minute walk. Good bath. Good wifi.
Breakfast & hotel restaurant expensive. Temp controls in room hard to understand but didn't really need them.

Blown away by the spacious room fir the cost, very friendly staff spoke in English to us, helped with parking when I missed the car park aslo. Above and beyond, would definitely recommend a stay here, exceptional food too.

I made this booking for my husband. The Staff were really helpful especially since my husband’s passport and wallet was stolen. They looked after him really well. welcomed and made him comfortable. Thank you so much.
