Nice reception people, good breakfast good Bar.
the rooms were quite old and the Bathroom things, you see the age and usage.
For that price around 135 Eur for one night quite expensive.
Slow service in the evening for drinks.

The location of the hotel is excellent! I arrived at the hotel 3 hours earlier than my booking time and the young man at the reception checked me in without any problems, special thanks to the hotel employee for this and this was important to me after a long trip, delicious food in the restaurant, everything is so clean that it sparkles, the staff is very polite and friendly, I am very pleased and recommend this hotel to all guests of the city!

I wish the tourist tax was added to the initial bill. Breakfast, if not included, is very expensive

They have an excellent breakfast. The beds are big and really comfortable.
There is no storage space for clothes and maybe 5 hangers for shirts. Same in the bathroom, no storage for items. There was no hot water the first day and the heating system in the hotel isn't strong enough in the Winter, so they provide an electrical oven in the room. The cleaning staff doesn't understand nor read English or German, and due to the hotel environment friendly attitude, the rooms are only been cleaned when requested at the reception. So we settled for cleaning every other day. The day the room should be cleaned we put the sign outside "please make up the room", when we came back the room wasn't made. We asked at the reception and they told us if any sign is outside of the room no matter which, housekeeping doesn't enter, because they can not read it ??!!??!! I have never been in such a situation. But they were very friendly and from that day on the room was cleaned every day.

The location is very central and the environment of the hotel feels spacious. The lobby is designed as a bar so there's plenty place to hang around and have drinks.
The hotel looks up-to-date from the outside and in the lobby but definitely needs an refurnishing. But the room we got has carpets that looks dirty. The curtains are also dirty, the shower curtains does even have mold. Another minus was the electric charging in the garage which requires a specific (local) pass. I asked whether they can provide me with those pass but they just simply said that it is being managed by others. A creditcard operated one would be very good to have otherwise it doesn't make sense to place them there.
