The room was very nice, clean, modern, equipped with everything. The breakfast was tasty and very reach. The location is great, in the heart of the city.
We expected, maybe it was our own misunderstanding, to be in a hotel. But this is not a hotel: there was no reception desk, no lobby and no room to leave the luggage. The check-in process was via machines. We didn't see any employee except for the cleaning ladies. I asked through the app whether we could leave our luggage but I did not receive an answer. I prefer the human, immediate contact and the facilities of a hotel.

Amazing room in the city centre.
The morning manager was rude, didn't speak any English and kicked us out of the room earlier than what we agreed with the night manager.
We arrived super late at night, so we asked the night manager if it would be alright to check out at 12 instead of 11. The night manager was super friendly and agreed. In the morning though, we ended up being kicked out at 11. The morning manager did not speak English and was refusing to let us check out at 12 as we agreed after requesting the night manager. All of it after the cleaner opened our door without checking that we were still in and getting ready for the check out.

Location; Apartment was spotlessly clean;
Check-in only through machine .... well, it was ok, but not my preferred option! What to do if one wanted to change the room? Breakfast pre-prepared; was ok.
