We booked this hotel because the price was outstanding. The hotel met our expectations. Our room was relatively clean/comfortable/quiet/spacious (however, exceptions are noted below). If the price is right, we would probably stay there again.
-- The wifi didn't work in our room (#107) on either of our phones. It worked fine on both of our phones in the hotel lobby.
-- A barking dog in room #109 disturbed our sleep, before 07:00.
-- There was a used container of ice cream in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Based on the smell, it had been there for some time.

It’s a decent stay considering the price. The location and free parking are very convenient for the people in transit. Though it should be noted that the parking is a street parking so there is no guarantee of getting a space.
The hotel is quite worn down and dated, the rooms lack fresh air since there is no ventilation/AC.
During the late evening of our arrival, the receptionist was sitting outside yelling and arguing with someone over the phone which made me a bit uncomfortable.

There wasn't much to like about the place.
-they mixed up the reservation totally and gave us the smaller room for the business single, not the business double as booked.
-they had no other option available for us when we complained about this and had to wait for sometime until they came up with another room that wasn't much better than the previous one either.
-refrigerator, as mentioned in the facilties, isn't a part of the room. When asked, they said that even the refrigerators they do have, don't really work.
-no empathy from the staff, no matter what the topic might be.
Would never recommend. Extremely disappointed
