We were happily surprised as we arrived during the Leipzig Buchmesser and it was the last place available. The hosts were friendly and kind to us. The place is super clean, well equipped and very calm. The bed was comfortable. You can go to the city center very quiclky. It was overall a great stay, we'd come again!
The prices during the buchmesser were crazy but it wasn't the hosts' fault

The owners, Luba and Jorgensen are adorable. So lovely and welcoming. I felt at home from the first minute. Very clean. Quiet. Has it all. Great value for the money. Breakfast was tailored for me and was really amazing. I enjoyed meeting you Luba and Jorgensen and I hope to meet again in the future.

We booked accidentally two times the same room. We tried to call to the hotel 18 times and no one answers. When we were on the place the personnel informed us to pay for two reservations. We called Booking and described whole situation. They tried to contact a owner but he was pretending that he cant speak in English. So, Booking asked a Booking Germany to contact with him and he wasnt answering. They wrote them 3 mails. Additionally they officially canceled reservation, but unofficially they wanted us to pay a half price (we were there 4 nights). We took a bill and sent it to a Booking.com. Its a first time that we came across such a rudeness and greed. We were hotel guests for the whole time, we just hit two times the same reservation by the accident. No respect. We certainly wont go there again.

Excellent facilities for self-catering.
Owners very pleasant and helpful.
Good parking area.
Location is out of town; its a good 20-25 minute walk to the city centre. That said, there are regular tram services to/from the area.

All inside house arrangement, including the kitchen was excellent.
There's no elevator in the building. We had apartment on the 1st floor, and it was quite comfortable, but in general it's difficult to take the luggage upstairs and downstairs as well. Coffee capsule machine was excellent, but each capsule was paid 1. May be it's possible to give 5 capsules free of charge, for example, and additional capsules for the payment. Outside street traffic noise was sometimes unbearable.
