The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible from both the Leipzig Hbf and restaurants and other attractions. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, and fairly sizable and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I was disconnected every hour or two and would have to reconnect through a QR provided on the TV which was inconvenient. The connection was also not very good.

This was my fifth stay at the Elaya Hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Hands down the best location for the money—right in the heart of the city, just a 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn station at Am Markt. This time, I was lucky enough to get a room with a small rooftop terrace, which was absolutely perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Comfortable, convenient, and consistently reliable—Elaya continues to be my go-to spot whenever I’m in town.

Location was central and walking distance to the zoo, marketplace (with wine festival going on), restaurants and shops. Kids loved the quadruple room (facing the fussgaengwrzone) with sofabed and plenty of space. Free coffee machine for latte and cappuccino etc at reception componsated for not having a coffeemaker in the room. Great value for the price.
As the entrance is hidden 2nd floor in a former store it would have been good to get a better guidance and an alert that one can't drive up to the main door and has to schlepp the luggage half a block.

The location for our visit for the Bach Festival was excellent. The lobby is comfortable, bright and artsy. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the complimentary coffee. The room was very quiet, dark enough for sleep, and beds and bedding were comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. There was room to store clothing and the desk was nice. TV worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Two days of our stay the breakfast items were not replenished and tables were not cleaned regularly. We spoke to the desk clerk and he said he would relay a message to the manager. The following days were back to the usual standard.

The location is IDEAL, it is in the center of Leipzig, everything is steps away from you, supermarket, coffee shops, clothing, mall, Leipzig Zoo, and more. The restroom’s floor was temp. adjustable.
There is no refrigerator, wardrobe was small. The room was almost empty. Tv was not having smart functions.

Staff was ultra nice. Checkin/checkout was quick. The hotel was easy to find. Rooms were clean, silent, and mine had a small balcony with city view. There are free hot drinks 24x7 by the reception. There was also a small sleeping welless kit in the bed, including eye cover, earplugs and a scent for the pillow. Nice touch.
I liked almost everything. Feels like a major 4 star hotel. The decoration was a bit bland and could have more character, but this is far from relevant. The cold drink cabinet by the reception is locked at night. No vending machine.

Very large, bright rooms with spacious bathroom. In the center of town a short walk from the sites and one tram stop from the train station. Good breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea.
