the location is excellent and for decent price
in 15 days my room was cleaned only twice, and neither trying the app to ask for room cleaning nor informing reception desk helped much, may be because the hotel was under renovation but this is was annoying

The location was great! There was also an early waning via email that renovation work would take place on the premises during our stay, so there would be noise during the day.
The communication with the stuff was a bit difficult, when we checked-in, they tried to tell us (using google translate) that we had to inform the reception if we wanted the room to be cleaned (it's their policy not to clean the rooms everyday, which is understandable), but the translation was also poor and we didn't understand it at first reading. Also, we booked 2 single beds, instead we got 1 double bed, but we didn't mind as we are siblings.

If you know, you will check in late - like after 22:00, contact the b&b to get your entrance code to the building and room (by texting here).
Parking is available sometimes, but there are options close by at the same price

Wonderful
This cosy hotel is located centrally so you're close to the train station, trams and buses but you can easily walk everywhere and it's a joy to do so in a place like Leipzig.
It had everything I needed for one wonderful night stay in a remarkable town full of history, music and beauty.
I would absolutely stay here again because the price was very affordable, the staff were lovely, and everything went as smooth as it gets. Thanks to the owners and team!

Located in the center of the city where you can find all necessary shops, attractions, etc. The personnel is just charming. Breakfast a la Buffet is just enough for anyone.
For big people the rooms are just a little bit small but in general should suffice. The bathroom as well. And yet this is just a standard B&B room, so I am not complaining. ;')

Excellent location, walking distance to the square. Plenty of food options all around. Bathroom well maintained. Great water pressure in shower.
1) We were not informed about the construction at any point, not before booking nor after. Only upon arrival. Were woken up by hammering and drilling at 7:00am.
2) One mattress was too soft, had a squishy dip in the middle. Switched rooms and got a better/firmer one.
3) Some rooms only have an outlet on one side of the bed.

Location was perfect. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of. My early arrival went smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. It satisfied my needs. The staff was not available to help me as I was arriving. They were away from the desk so I waited about 5 or 7 min. As soon as someone returned to the front desk they were very nice and helpful. They helped me leave my luggage in storage while I explored the city before my check in hour. The staff was friendly and they apologized for the construction and renovations happening.
The carpets in my room were very stained and smelt like feet and dirty laundry. I did not mind that my view was a concrete wall, but it was a bit of a bummer. I hope this room is not rented out until it gets renovated, I just think the carpets were pretty bad.
