Lovely historic building. Well equipped for one person. Bathroom toiletries provided - but would rather omit and lower the price.
Several walls had dirt or liquid spots on them. Front yard had inadequate lighting. Stairs going up were partly in the dark.
Didn,t get information about access to apartment until the afternoon, which made me uncertain. I had asked for confirmation of my stay, as a day late, but did not receive it. Was prepared to stay elsewhere when i did finally get the access information. Last point: bed mattress too soft and gave back pain.

The check in was well explained and easy. I made a short term reservation and received quick response from the host. The apartment had an outside area that was quite nice to enjoy coffee in the morning.
The location was excellent. The windows face towards other apartments, which did not affect privacy too much however as there were good blinds.

They don't mention in their Booking description that you can't pay with a card only cash or via Pay Pal (which I don't use). If I knew that in advance, I wouldn't book this apartment because I don't usually have a lot of cash with me and I feel that if a place doesn't accept cards, it just tries to avoid taxes... What is more, the instructions came only in German (which I don't understand) so I wanted to find staff and ask about details but first day was no one there. You can't imagine my surprise when a janitor approached me the second morning and started yelling at me straight away that I haven't paid and I must pay right now. No matter that I was on a work call in the moment. Anyway, I went to withdraw money and a few moments later I came to the janitor's apartment to settle the bill. Eventually, I told her that I really don't like her rude behavior. Her reaction? She shut the door in my face! However, things were going from bad to worse after we had returned back home, Booking wrote me a message that I didn't pay for my stay in Leipzig...!!! Which I am currently trying to prove that I did. It is insolent! What a shame, I think the apartment was comfy, the garden was great, the location was fine... but it is all ruined up with this outrageous behavior! Really don't recommend you to stay there.

Its a great place and very to the point accommodation that I highly recommend.
The collection of the keys was a bit cumbersome due to the requirement to pay before, but the friendly help from the property solved it all :)

we stayed in apartment 9 which featured a balcony. A little kitchen with a 2-burner stove, some pots and pans, a water boiler, German coffee machine, toaster and microwave oven. Really everything you need for a few days. There only was a fridge, no freezer compartment. Spacious shower in the bathroom. Nice! A wall separating the kitchen/ dining room area from the living room/ bedroom area. Queen size bed; extremely comfortable! It was easy to find the host Aneta close to our property. We contacted her about some questions about parking. Extremely helpful lady!! /// For those with an electric car: it was easy to find charging stations nearby. Only negative thing was that you couldnt fully charge your car in one session. Only 4 hours at one time then you have to pay a blocking fee.
This property is on Waldstrasse. We found out in the afternoon of our arrival day that the entire Waldstrasse is under construction and will be for some time. Parking is a catastrophe!!! I highly recommend to book parking at the property. It does have a garage.

The apartment was very clean with a modern design and furniture. There were small things in the kitchen area (a bit of tea, coffee, small bottle of wine), which is really nice and welcoming. Good location - close to the tram station but center is also reachable by walk.
There was lack of communication with the owner. As soon as I arrived, I had troubles to open the door, I tried to call via the phone several times, nobody picked up. Later on I had another question related to the wifi & I sent sms, also no reply. Eventually all was figured out, but contact number is given for a contact & nobody replies... Another issue is heating system at some point start making very loud sounds, I had to turn the heating off, so I could fall asleep.

A fantastic and cosy apartment and everything had been thought of - down to a welcoming bottle of sparkling wine! Loved it.
The only suggestion would be to put the apartment numbers on the doors - finding it was a little confusing finding it when tired after a long trip.
