We stayed for a night and the property was very good.
The roads in this area are all cobblestone, which makes it quite noisy when dragging luggage. Unfortunately, the neighborhood residents were very rude and seemed to dislike tourists. It’s understandable that with cobblestone streets, there will naturally be some sound when moving bags—especially for international travelers visiting with family, including older parents and children. People living in such tourist areas should ideally be more understanding of this.
Overall, it was disappointing to experience such unfriendly behavior from the locals in an otherwise beautiful country

We have stayed here many times over the years and the facilities remain well maintained. Family rooms are noisy until around 11pm but then quiet down. Family rooms are quite large and very clean. Breakfast room is also very nice. Great central location, easy parking at lot around the corner.

I like this hostel very much, Stayed here for several times. The location is amazing, really in the city center, close to all important places, you can easily get to the tram or you can get here from the airport just by the metro, there are a lot of cafes, pubs, stores and museums in the area. The staff is always nice and ready to help, The price is really good for the room and the people are ok. You can find some quiete areas to work and the kitchen can be used at any time. I really like this hostel and think its the best one I ever had.

The location is great, right in the center of the old city, within the walking distance pretty much around the whole old town. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the check-in and check-out very smooth.

Overall everything is so good, near to the station and the main station. Receptionists are really helpful and friendly.
the old lady staff in the restaurant is SO rude. I have already had a bad day and her attitude litterally made it even worse. Will never comeback down to that area to see her face once more.

The lodge and common areas were also great.

Location
Cleanliness, there were drops of urine on the toilet seat and people living there are washing their clothes in washroom and they are there for drying inside the washroom underwear and all. Furthermore the people living there make a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep till 2 am I slept for an hour than left for job.

What I like the most is the staff, they are so nice! I am older, and my right leg has a problem, so I asked for a lower bed at booking. They reserved a lower bed for me, and put my name on a lower bed before I arrived, that just made me feel so happy. After checking in, while I was in another room from the reception area, a young man at the reception desk saw me puzzling, he got up to ask me if I need help. On the day I was leaving, a young lady staff asked if I need help to carry down my luggage. I just can't thank enough for all the care they gave me. May God bless you all!

Amazing location in the heart of the city, lots of restaurants around. Beds were made. Large shared kitchen.
If the windows overlook the courtyard, it may be noisy in the evening and morning.
