the room is extra clean, I forgot to indicate that I don't ask for cleaning, so that was also done perfectly. the hotel is in a good location, it has good public transport by tram, and it also has its own parking lot (although it is also free on the street, so it is safer).
unfortunately, there is no elevator (under construction) and a few things are missing. there is no full-length mirror, no mini fridge, they could not provide an iron. the free soap and shampoo are of tragic quality, they would rather not give them. the TV channel selection is poor. we would need information materials for the room, wifi code, reception contact information, opening hours, restaurant menu, maybe some Leipzig offers (schedule, restaurants, etc.)

It is a great location fitting my needs perfectly for a quite reasonable price in a quiet location. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and reasonably sized. Everything except showers met my expectations.
The hotel was undergoing reconstruction. I was warned in advance but missed the notice by no fault of the staff. The shower could see some improvements; the hot water wasn't running. The parking is not that large, only two lots were available upon my arrival. None of the above was an issue to me.

Location is good for us. Otherwise we are not whimsical.
The hotel was being renovated, so there was a slight discomfort associated with this. Nothing critical. The windows overlooked the road, which made it noisy at night.

The hotel is located within a walking distance from downtown and has its own parking lot (10 cars limit, if you come after 8 pm youd most likely have to park elsewhere outside). It was reasonably priced (but probably because of the inconvenience of ongoing renovations inside at the time).
When the price is low the expectancy level isnt high, so considering that there were not much that we didnt like. Once the hotel is remodeled itll be a nice place to stay.

The location is nice, the tram stop is right outside the hotel, it takes no more than 10 minutes to get to the center of the city.
The hotel is under renovation, which is noted at the very end of the booking description, but it wasnt described just how severely the place is being renovated. Dust in the corridors, construction materials lying around on the floor in the halls, lamps pulled out of the walls, wires sticking out, etc. Had we known the severity of the renovations, wed stayed at another hotel. The room itself was okay, although the water in the shower was barely warm, the doors of the shower werent opening properly because they were being blocked by the toilet and the sink and the shower cabin itself was very narrow. The description also mentions free toiletries, which turned out to be two small one-use packs of shower gel and a bottle of soap. Additionally, the cleaning staff opened the door without knocking first while I was fully undressed, which wasnt a pleasant experience either. Ended up leaving one day earlier than expected partly due to the poor accommodation.

Very helpful staff, good location, great Thai food and breakfast was excellent. Undergoing refit, but the room was huge, and very well finished, albeit slightly IKEA style.
Only downside was noise from the trams outside, but not an issue.
