Overall pleasant stay. Location was great, quiet area and near great restaurants and bars. Only downside, room cleaning was mediocre. Dirty dishes weren’t replaced, mini bar and coffees were never refilled. But overall, the location made the stay worth it.

The location was centric, check-in & check-out can be done online. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice touch with free minibar. Lovely rooftop bar.

Specific restaurant, I prefer the classic concept of food serving.

The Staff deserves recognition, they are helpful, friendly and bring from beginning a really good vibe. The location is just perfect and the rooftop is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Overall it is a good quality stay outside the main seasons.
The rooms are loud, you hear everyone passing in the corridor and the heating / air conditioning even is lowest fan mode is quite noisy. The biggest issue however is the breakfast. It is good, all products are fresh and there are some multiple choices, however this is still not worth 30€. I just can’t accept this. I ate far more local bio products for breakfast for less money.

The staff was exceptional helpful and courteous. A pleasure to be greeted by such charming and understanding people.
The only - minor - criticism was the food in the rooftop bar. It was awful, but may have been just a one-time thing.

The hotel is just across the street from St Thomas Church and the old city. The rooms were comfortable, updated and quiet. The breakfast was quite good. There are a number of restaurants on the street by the hotel, giving you lots of good choices.
We were lucky to get a deal on booking that had breakfast, otherwise it would have be quite expensive.

The bar looked nice but there was a private party on so were unable to use.
Football team staying so probably didn’t get the normal level of service!
Late check in for 1 of the rooms. The staff seemed a bit disinterested in us normal folk!
