Great Location (close to the main train station and city center), clean facilities, very friendly staff and spacious room
The in-house parking is narrow, but you can park your car at the nearby zoo parking

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some problems with our arrival and the reception was waiting for us and helped us with our late check-in. The room was clean and quiet, but small.
The parking - It's best to park on the street. Firstly, there are only 7-8 parking lots. Secondly, exiting the parking-lot is very inconvenient, especially for big cars.

Average hotel so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was pretty nice for this price range. Clean, staff was nice. Pretty good location, quiet street.
Parking was very tight, we have a small car and still I was a bit nervous parking into the garage. If you have a big SUV, good luck

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The hotel personnel were also nice and accommodating. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, the city center, and the zoo.
The room was way too warm. The thermostat indicated a room temperature of 26°C, and sadly the AC was turned off and we couldn't turn it on (maybe it was broken?). The receptionist told us that no one could come fix it before the next day, and no other room was available. Since we were only here for one night, we had no choice but to sleep with the window open and without duvets. So despite all the good points stated above, we didn't have a very pleasant night. I truly think that with a colder room, we would have a perfect stay.

Location was good. A short walk from the train station. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcase and backpacks in lockers. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful..Even recommend a good coffee destination. Hotel does provide a coffee machine in the lobby too plus you can buy snacks and drinks.
We had a rooftop terrace room with a large balcony
The room was very generous in size with plenty of storage options..The bathroom was also large with 2 sinks..Very clean too.
Its a tiny complaint, but would've been lovely to have been able to sort out the subtitles to English on the TV as after several attempts we gave up.There were no English speaking cable channels we could find . Everything else from the location, room and staff experience were great

Really good position, very nice room and lovely breakfast.
The staff was simply amazing and the luggage storage option was also thoroughly appreciated.
Very close to a bunch of tram stops and the main train station, which means that getting to the city center was very easy.
