Location and staff were very helpful.
Towels were of very poor quality… the sort you would use as rags at home. Windows were covered in bird muck and cigarette ends were lying just outside the window. Shower tray was very slippery and spongy… a non slip mat needs to be provided. Two single beds were just pushed together to make a “king size double”… with no mattress topper as advised.

The breakfast was good. The location was ideal right on the edge of town with easy access to all facilities and trams. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

In the offer they write, that the hotel provides parking, but they do not mention, that NOT FOR ALL GUESTS! Instead, they recommend one of the public parkings in vicinity (5-10 min walk). It is not a big problem, but if one expects to get the parking in, or at the hotel, can be dissapointed.

Location
Bed really poor quality and uncomfortable for standard of room had a sore back and bad night's sleep for entirety of my trip to Germany as a result. Air con too complicated to operate and therefore room temperature could never be adjust right. Shower was very good .

Friendly, service-oriented, front desk, and bar staff. Clean, good quality furniture, fantastic location.
Gym had no elliptical nor dreadmill, even though there was space. The water flow in the shower was insuffcient, it was more like a trickle.
