Friendly, service-oriented, front desk, and bar staff. Clean, good quality furniture, fantastic location.
Gym had no elliptical nor dreadmill, even though there was space.
The water flow in the shower was insuffcient, it was more like a trickle.

We much appreciated that we could bring our four dogs for a special pet charge. We first had some bumps with the staff, but a great guy at the front desk promptly made changes to that, and made sure we had a comfort stay.
There was a major conference, and the hotel did not do a good job, signing for the conference and the other guests, it created quite a trouble with elevators and parking spaces, and general use of the common areas.
We did not like that the toilet doors can't be fully closed.
The air cooler system (not air conditioner) did not work in our first room, and when we first brought this to the front desk, the staff was very negative, however they quickly admitted to their mistake and upgraded us to a room with a working air cooling system.

Great location, standard hotel, nothing special tbh. Clean, beige, things are working. I wouldn't stay there if I would be around on holidays or vacation, apart form that 1-2 nights is good.

I was only there for one night, super fast check in/ check out. Room was spacious and immaculate, big plus was the senseo coffee machine. location was central walking distance from main train station, tram station and the town center. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it perfect for a visit. Everything was well-maintained, and the location is excellent.
Our arrival experience was disappointing. We arrived at 7:00 AM, fully aware that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but only wanted to leave our luggage, as we had been informed this was possible. However, the lady at the reception looked at us suspiciously and questioned whether we were in the right hotel, emphasizing that this is Radisson Blu (shocking cause hotel like this should not have prejudices). She also repeatedly asked if we were sure we hadn’t booked the night before, despite us clearly stating our reservation details. Only after checking the system and confirming our booking is there, she become polite. Someone who works there should be polite to all people, not just to Radisson Blu guests (only after she realized that we were guests).
