I received an extremely friendly greeting and was made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. I arrived at the main railway station, which is also easily walkable. For anyone interested in museums, the amazing Grassi Museum is literally round the corner. The room itself was a very good size and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying here.
I can't think of anything to fault for the price I paid. Very good value for money.

It was a great location - very accessible to an excellent tram system. They did have a microwave and there were some convenient food places very close

The location of the hotel is good - it is very close to the center, but not quite in the center. The parking behind the property is nice and not too expensive. We always found a spot and it was easy to get in and out.
We had initially made a reservation for a two-bedroom apartment. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that they had run out of two-bedroom apartments and could only provide a one-bedroom apartment along with an additional room. This situation felt a bit unusual to us, as we had specifically desired the two-bedroom setup. They explained that most of their customers were typically content with this alternative arrangement, often consisting of business travelers sharing accommodations. In our case, we had different preferences; we genuinely wanted the two-bedroom apartment. If we had intended to book two separate rooms, we would have done so from the outset. Nevertheless, they did offer us a 20 Euro refund per day to compensate for the change. Upon entering the room, we noticed that it was uncomfortably warm and emitted an unpleasant odor. Despite opening the windows, the unpleasant smell persisted. Later on, we realized that the source of the odor was the bathroom. It seemed that the shower's drainage system was not functioning correctly, allowing sewer gasses to permeate into the room. This was far from a pleasant experience. As for the beds, they were passable at best. The mattresses were of the lowest quality, and you could feel every spring within them. This resulted in rather uncomfortable nights, as the room became excessively hot with the windows closed and excessively noisy with them open. All in all, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and I have no intention of returning.
