The location is absolutely the best of the best because everything is very close to the apartment but it's quite enough to have proper rest. The flat isn't big but has everything you need and is beautiful. The floor is absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the manager was nice, picking up the keys was also easy. We enjoyed it and we would stay there again!
There is a scale before the elevator - it's not a problem if you have somebody to help with a baby stroller, it's just good to know about it

It is very clean, spacious, with all the essential equipment in the kitchen, including a dish washer, free coffee and herbal tea. They even have a washing machine in the spacious bathroom! I am a solo traveler, but the apartment can easily and comfortably fit 2-3 people. The apartment is conveniently located. I could easily walk to major sites in the city. When I arrived in Leipzig, I went to another Studio 44 in a different location. When I called via WhatsApp, immediately there was a gentleman picked up my call. He told me he was the assistant and he kindly provided me with the direction to Studio 44 Paul. I couldnt be happier with the lodging and highly recommend it to other fellow travelers

Relatively close to city centre. Nice apartment with everything you could need, including a washing machine/dryer, which was unexpected.
The key collection cafe was some distance from the appartment which was not easy with luggage.

Location is perfect - walking distance to city centre such as near by parks.
Love the old building and beautiful art work on the ceiling.
The apartment had everything on basic requirements provided as described.
Very comfortable and relaxing.
It was a little dusty but nothing major.

Very comfy bed. Good size room and balcony, comfortable for a couple for a weekend. Shower has consistent hot water. Close to transport stops and the botanical garden.
The bathroom light and fan turn on and off automatically, meaning you cant turn it off yourself and the fan is quite loud - not great in the night. Bathroom door just a sliding glass door.
Originally booked the Gustav apartment, but our booking was changed to the List one, due to an accident. That obviously couldnt be helped, however do want to point out that the List apartment is located very close to hospital grounds, and there can be vehicles (including helicopters) arriving, so not the cosiest location.

The studio itself was perfect. It was spacious and in a good, quiet location very near a bakery (for fresh bread in the morning) and a supermarket.
We arrived in Leipzig earlier in the day and due to the host not having facilities for us to leave our luggage before the official check-in time we left it at the station. Later we returned to the station to pick it up, had to go to a cafe to pick up the keys and then on to the studio. This was quite a walk (especially with luggage)...

The apartment is five minutes walk from excellent tram connections. Perfectly easy to walk to all central locations. It was extremely quiet. Spacious and very well equipped, including excellent wifi and a marvellous bathroom. An extremely safe and secure place with friendly neighbours. The Studio 44 people were very helpful and friendly, and communicated incredibly promptly.
