The location, the big parking space, the rooms are nice and have options to cook inside.
In general it is a great place, missing some support after working hours but I guess that is normal.

The property was spacious and clean.
Very dated interior. It was also very far away from the old town. We had to walk 1km to the tram stop and then catch a 15 minute tram ride to get to the old town.

Well located, it's slightly on the outskirt of Leipzig city center. You reach the main station in 10 min with a cab or 30 min with public transportation.

It was an interesting building and interior, nice breakfast in a peaceful place.
If your card does not work for some reason you can get locked in the staircase, which happened to me. It was disappointing, that nobody responded to my knock at the door, thought it was very close to the reception. I had to call the reception - but if that happens when I don't have a mobile phone with me?
The WiFi did not work for me, I had to use my mobile network for work.
Two of the lamps did not work, same with the hairdryer.

Underground parking. It was very convenient. Large spacious bathroom. Nice kitchenette.
Unreasonably expensive. A strange building, reminiscent of either a prison or a hostel of the socialist period. Inconvenient elevator. Rooms with old-fashioned furniture, all in dark burgundy tones. We didn't like it.
