The location is excellent! The apartment is in the city center, near the train station, shops and restaurants. It is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. More than that, the view from the roof is amazing! We can only imagine how it is during the spring and summer.

The location was excellent, it is an easy walk to/from the train station and the city center. the apt was spacious and clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I appreciated the detailed instructions on how to enter the apt and the locking mechanism
1. the instructions did not state where the entrance doors are and gps only took us close. stating the entrances are off an alley and not on the main road would be helpful 2. the pillows in the bedrooms are large and uncomfortable (decorative pillows i believe) plus there was only 1 per room 3. the instructions to lock the door stated to enter the code and turn nob but all this did was unlock the door after we shut it

The location was fantastic and very close to the city center and the train station. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable
1) The door to the building was difficult to find as it was down an alley off the main road with no numbers displayed until you are down the alley. better instructions would have been appreciated. 2) the pillows need to be updated as they are horrible

The location was excellent and the apartment was quiet, very adequately heated with very good internet
The access to the apartment (415) was very difficult. The access procedure to the apartment was very stressful and we had to phone the company to receive instructions. We may be older than other clients but we are not senile ! We have never had so much of a problem entering apartments - and we have hired many apartments all over Europe with Booking and other platforms. The apartment is very large over 2 floors but lacking any homely touch. There are no soft furnishings ( one cushion) and it feels like a series of white boxes with a bit of furniture - not at all welcoming. The bedding is insufficient - VERY small duvets which we had to augment with the spare duvets for the sofa bed. The pillows need to be replaced and the duvet covers and pillow cases were clean but worn.
