The hotel is located very close to the main station and right in front of a busy tram station - the connection to the rest of the city is splendid. The rooms were small, but pleasantly clean. I really did like the funky glass cube shower. Definitely a solid pick for a night or two.
The furnishings were pretty barebones - no wardrobe and no safe in my room. Not a problem if you're staying for a couple of nights tops, though.

Breakfast and 24 hours coffee was very pleasant
The room was super small and very simple in design and fasilities. Bathroom and toilettes are in the middle of room and separated with some glass partitions. Since toilet is just separated from your bed by a partition and the above space is open even if you close the door, when you use toilet, you have to open the windows otherwise the whole room smells like toilet …

I recently stayed at a hotel in Leipzig and had a generally positive experience. Despite arriving very late, around 2 AM, the check-in process was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, prompt and efficient, allowing us to get to our room quickly. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed. Parking was easily accessible and there were a lot of places available. The hotel lobby was cosy and modern decorated. The hotel's location is ideal, with just a short walk across one street to reach the historical old town, making all major attractions easily accessible on foot.
The breakfast did not meet expectations for the price paid; I would recommend exploring the numerous cafés and bakeries in the old town for more satisfying and cost-effective breakfast options.

The staff was very nice and one person young man in particular tried to treat us with free parking
This was my first and last hotel booking for holiday with booking.com. I was simply placed in a other hotel I didn't book and for a price tag I was not made aware of! I hate apartment hotels and the team placed us in one of them without offering to refund us, all of it a few hours before our arrival, we couldn't change our plans. We had to sleep with the bright light of the microwave and the heavy sound of the fridge that are right next to the bed. The staff said they'd offer us the breakfast only to ask us to pay for it the morning after. It was the worst experience, slightly humiliating when explaining the unfriendly morning staff our situation. She looked at us as if we were here to steal a free croissant and butter! A shame, do not book this hotel.

Nothing. My previous visit was perfect but on this occasion I felt I was in a substandard room due to having my dog with me.
Staff, quality of the room, price, no heating, no extra blankets available. Completely spoils my stay. I had a further week booked and had to cancel it and find another hotel at such short notice.

Terrible pillows, they’re extremely uncomfortable, it’s almost impossible to sleep. Breakfast selection was not that great, but it was ok for me Please, if you have cold tiles flooring, provide some slippers, it’s not the best experience after a hot shower
