Fabulous location in the heart of the Island, less than 5 mins walk from the train station, with a view onto the lake. Apartment larger than we expected with a fabulous outside area that looks across to the lake. Very close to the docking area for the lake ferries.

The apartment had a large terrace overlooking lindau Harbour. It was spacious and very clean and modern
Staff communication was via email with checking instructions
Although apart/hotel there is no real guest contact from reception which was unstaffed 2 of the days we stayed. Another guest came knocking on our door looking for reception staff after seeing us go into our room but maybe my expectations were to high

Excellent location, very beautiful view, good space in the room and all stuff we need is available there.
No elevator, the air conditioning was not working in all days, and the staff give us fan but it was not enough because the weather was very hot, also need more clean because there is dust and some small things in the bathroom.

The attention to detail, for instance, a caddy in the shower to hold shampoo, often not found in other properties. Everything you could think of was already there for home cooking.
The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with our questions. Nothing was a problem.
Wed been travelling (from Australia) for 4 weeks and this is one of our most highly rated hotel stays.
