We were greeted with a warm reception and genuinely kind staff; the cozy ambiance of the hotel was inviting and felt like a home away from home. While the breakfast was tasty, it could've offered better value for money. Nonetheless, the overall experience was a positive one.
While the hotel had potential, there were areas for improvement that were hard to overlook. The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, and the lack of dry parking for our motorcycles was a noticeable inconvenience. We found the dinner pricing on the higher side, and the limited facilities nearby were a slight drawback. Additionally, for those looking to explore nature, it's worth noting that the woods behind the hotel aren't accessible for hiking.

Nice, clean family hotel. Just check the menu.
We arrived late, the kitchen was closed. We got two glasses of non-name white wine and two sweets, that were delicious. But the price... 60 - compare it to the 77 sleepover and breakfast for two. I did not expect it from a roadside family motel.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, quaint hotel with a nice atmosphere. We liked the experience :)
Beds are not quite comfortable. Also, not really for couples - there is a 10 cm gap between single mattresses, with no way to bridge it. Also, some rooms look into others, and there is lack of privacy in the balconies.

We have stayed as this property several times over the past 20 years and it felt like going home. Donna, the 3rd generation family/owner, was so welcoming and helpful. Our room with the balcony overlooking the Mosel River was exceptional. The dinner was excellent on the patio by the Mosel River. Also the breakfast was excellent with many choices of food. We liked the location as it was quiet, near the city of Brodenbach.

Great hospitality, obviously a family run establishment. Love places like this where you can experience German hospitality at its finest. Clean and large rooms, convenient parking lot and cosy restaurant!

This was our second visit with this lovely family at Peifer. the hotel is warm, rich, quiet, and lovely diamond among the sleepy Mosel riverbank! The dinner and breakfast spread is fit for a king and queen, romantic date, or family kicking back to enjoy the best wine in a fairy tale backdrop. balcony views are absolutely stunning.
the room can be a little bit cold, but just tap on the heater when you get in. it will be cozy in a bit!

Everything! the location is amazing, direct by the river and we have a beautiful view of Mosel from our room. it even has a bus stop direct in front of the hotel so it's really convenient. the hotel is family owned and they really took care of the guests. they are super friendly too, always smiling and in good spirits! the rooms are clean and spacious.
