Wonderful
Good location - near city center to bus and metro stops. Very affordable. Staff was very friendly. Room was perfect. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

Location and price were good. Some staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Some good places to eat around the hotel.
Rooms were a bit old, some things needed repair. Some staff weren't helpful at all. There's a relax room on the ground floor, but I only found out about it in my last evening although I'd appreciate having found earlier.

The place looks nice from the outside, food is good and for me it was not as noisy as some other people commented. Oh the dinning hall was beautiful

It’s really convenient location for my work, the rooms are small and functional, and I like the gym
The constant messages via booking are super annoying. Every time I stay here it takes AGES to check-in, and to produce an invoice. Every time writing down all the personal details - really ?! It’s such a small thing but honestly the only reason why I’m not staying in more frequently.
Towels would require replacement, they are a bit worn out.

The hotel is impeccable in cleanliness and location. It is very worth it for the price and the location is great. There is a metro station nearby as well as bus stops and tram stations. The staff was very friendly and always open to any requests that we had. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I’m visiting Munich.

Nice and clean rooms.
Very comfortable beds.
I am a great fan of coffee in bed, so just a small electric water kettle and some Jacob’s powder coffee or tea would have been great. But that’s my personal preference, some offer it, some don’t.
