Wonderful
The hotel has excellent location - only 7m walking distance from the bus station and about 12min to the central train station. Ideal for people who need to catch an early bus/train/flight.
The hotel was very clean, the room and the bathroom huge.
Also there were pool and sauna available (which we didn't use).
We were allowed to checked in even earlier than the official check in which was great!
The only small disadvantage is that there was no manner to open the window (it is a window wall but no handle to open), which is not a problem as there is air conditioning.

The hotel is just 5 minutes walk to the Bus and Train Station, very accesible for one night stay. And just a 30minutes ride to the airport. 20-30minutes to Marientplatz and nearby tourist spot places.

Reasonable price. Location not too bad.
Reception inexperienced. Some dont speak German at all in Germany. Strange. Air conditioning is very weak. When the weather is hot (which it wasnt during our stay) it could make for a particular unpleasant sleep.

Everyday the breakfast was delicious and full of options! The room was so comfy and clean all the time, also the staff was very courteous and polite attending whatever needs. Finally, the hotel's location being super close to the main station (Munich Hauptbahnhof) made it easy to move around the beautiful city.

Bed was very comfortable especially the pillows. Kettle provided to make tea or coffee. Room temperature was easily changed. There was no noise from the road or from the corridor. A nice quiet cocoon of a room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing really excellent choices available. Bus stop directly outside hotel front door made it easy to go into the city centre. Very convenient for the bus station too.

Our stay in the hotel lived up to all our expectations - we really loved everything - form the first moments. Very helpful, friendly stuff, nice room with all necessary amenities, varied copious breakfast, plus possibility to have dinner in the evening. The location was perfect - bus 16 runs every 3-5 minutes and takes you to the railway station or city center in a few minutes. If you come to Munich by plane, it is also very convenient to get to the hotel by S1 or S8 directly without any changes. Next time when we are in Munich we will stay there for sure.
Maybe, if it would be a good idea to have in the bathroom safety rails, as there is a shower bath ( bath tub and shower combo), and these secure rails would really help to use it.

Hotel conveniently located, near the train station and only one stop away from the main train station, so moving through the city was very easy, since also the public transportation in the city is great. We stayed at the family room and was perfect for us, with lots of space. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. The staff always was friendly and they helped us to book a taxi to get very early in the morning to the airport.

Booked a living + bedroom suite for five days: no iron / iron board in the suite; very poor internet connection ( kept losing the signal, and once connected: very slow speed ). Over all very disappointing for a fout stars hotel

Great location. Bus stop right in front and train station just a 5 minute walk away. Nice breakfast, spacious room. This was exactly what we were looking for to get our European vacation started. If I ever find myself back in Munich, would not hesitate to stay here again.
