Clean, comfortable and decorated rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly when they could be found.
The front desk is only open in the afternoon and the location is not necessarily the address listed and likely much further from the train than it shows up on booking.

The location, near to a train into the centre was ideal for us. A beer garden and food store nearby as well as walking distance to the Canal and park. The staff were efficient, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and new.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks.
