Very good and quiet location just by the English Garden, the subway's station is 5 minutes walking distance away. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

The area is just lovely, the staff were very nice, breakfast was tasty and overall the room was good.
It was a bit cold at night. The style of the room is a bit strange.

Location was great! Was a bit expensive due to it being Oktoberfest time, but that was the case all over town. Breakfast was good and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

I love the location (have stayed in this location before) and the breakfast was excellent. The facilities are a little spartan (I wouldnt rate the room decor as cozy) but very clean, and more than adequate to ones needs. Staff were pleasant and the value was very good considering the very reasonable rates. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
Towels are quite thin and after three days without replacement, somewhat limp. The lighting in the room was well placed but just a little more attention to decor would have been nice (a plant? Or picture on the wall?). The decor in the breakfast room was charming, by comparison. Main service was spotty. My room was not routinely tidied up.

The staff is friendly and informal, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is good; my measure is fresh fruit. The bed was exactly suitable, firm enough and a pillow that is formable to any thickness. The location is extremely silent, away from roads and just by the park. Small walk to U-bahn, shops and restaurants. I had an important business call to be made, so the staff ensured beforehand that wifi is strong enough.
These are tiny details just to answer the question. The room could have more electricity plugs.

Hotel is run by a family, the services are very much like a bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean and well kept, the staff are friendly and warm. The only thing missing in our rooms were kettles. We had to request for a hot water flask from the reception which works but with a bit of hassle. Overall experience was great! Love the neighbourhood.
The rooms did not have kettles.
