Rooms are very large and comfortable. Everything is very high quality. Very easy access to the U-Bahn.
Automatic lights in the bathroom could not be disabled.

Room was spacious and comfortable, quiet neighborhood with an amazing beer garden! Was nice to relax here after a day of sightseeing! Went to a few places for a quiet breakfast outside the hotel. Will definitely be back!

Liked the spacious room, natural light, and the walk-in shower was amazing.
I had little interaction with the staff, but the check-in and check-out were good.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Only noticed at the end that I could have asked for non-feathered pillows, so that's my fault.
It is slightly too far from the main area of Munich. 15 min train ride, and at 3 euro a single trip, it added up. However the train station is very close.
Breakfast was a little pricey.

It was a little expensive since we stayed during the Oktoberfest period. We could get off directly at the alternative metro stop of the Oktoberfest area with the U6 metro. Transportation was very comfortable. We did not try the hotel's breakfast, but I drank beer at the hotel restaurant in the evening to taste the Erdinger brand beers. I really liked the potato salad with the beer and I definitely recommend it. Before entering the hotel, they read the comments regarding my preferences through booking and took them into consideration. Our room was very clean, the housekeepers cleaned the room every day. They didn't take the money I left for tip, which made me sad. The receptionist was a very good employee. He asked us about our Oktoberfast experience every day and allowed our luggage to stay there for 3 hours after check-out, so we could explore the city more easily until our flight.
Since it was Oktoberfast period, the waiters were wearing drindl clothes. I wanted to take a picture with them as a souvenir, but they didn't want to, which made me sad. There was an Erdinger branded beer glass and opener in our room. I wanted to take these with me. They did not allow it.
