Shower to small - water temperature changing from cold to burning hot.
Toilet seat doesn’t fit to toilet body.

It’s clean and staff are very friendly
I was told the facility has gym and the facility actually closed the gym for flood and we were not notified or given options. Also, we booked two rooms for 4 people however the site on booking will not allow you to put more than one in each room so when we got there we were surprised by additional 120 Euro extra charges for the extra person in each room.

Nice traditional Bavaria and welcoming vibe from the hotel and room. Clean and well maintained. 10min walk to S bahn, although do take note the walk are not well lit.

Nice comfortable room, a suite for a family of four, with windows that open properly and air conditioning that stays on properly at night. The room can also be made as cosy and warm as you like. My family particularly appreciated the under-floor heating in the bathroom on the cold days! Friendly, efficient staff, nice breakfast with plenty of options. Close to the railway station for getting into the centre of Munich.
Sofa bed in suite was fine for kids, but definitely not recommended for tweens, teens or adults as the lower half of the bed part was rock hard. The area close to the hotel is a bit quieter and lacking facilities than I thought it might be, but that's not the hotel's fault!

Toilet door! It seems to be cool these days not to have one.
Staff very helpfully had dinner ready for us when we arrived as our flight was delayed and the kitchen was closing.
Cosy, with the wooden dining area.
Only about 5 min walk to train.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many people in a tight space, and there could be more variety, not the same cake every day.
Bathroom would be nicer with a walk-in shower, I don't think anyone takes a bath in a hotel anymore.
The area was fine for our needs but it's mainly residential.

Very nice family run hotel - stayed in the suite to get a bath and shower, all decorated with character. Good breakfast and serve dinner as well. The S bahn station at Reims is a 7 minute walk and it takes 15 mins to get into Marienplatz. Staff very friendly and helpful
