Room was pretty small. TV is like 10 inches and bed is also very small and uncomfortable for the 4 star hotel.

Location was perfect! I will be staying there again when I am back in Munich, I had a 2 hour video conference presentation and the WIFI held very strong without issue. Very clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay! This hotel is situated in an excellent location for touring Munich, very walkable to many sights and close to public transit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of items to chose from. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were always friendly, attentive and helpful which made our stay that much more pleasant. Thank You!

Perfect. Everything was excellent. From munich hbf platform 1, the s-bahn was at Isator station in 4 minutes and then a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The suite was luxurious, huge shower, lovely bed. Location was excellent, very near marienplatz. Staff were all friendly, and very helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was plentiful, wide range and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

New renovated rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is always fresh with good choices and lots of coffee.
The older rooms.. last year’s room was very small, old and uncomfortable.
