Honestly, this was one of the best hotels Ive stayed at just because of the staff and the efforts they make. They are so committed to personal touches and helping. Breakfast was to die for. Room was spacious. Beds were so comfy. They prepared two travel cots for my children. Cleaning was impeccable. I loved it here.
The location isnt perfect, especially on those very common rainy days. However, its not too far to the U-Bahn. Taxis are super expensive, dont do that to yourself.

The hotel staff is excellent, and the owners are actively involved in its management. The owner personally picked me up from the airport during the Christmas, showing great kindness. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Individuals without a car will need to walk for approximately 10 to 14 minutes to reach the nearest metro station then around 20 minutes to reach the downtown area.

Everything was awesome. The staff is first rate, every single one. They are polite, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I want to go back next year and just stay at this place in Munich for 3 weeks.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We even got a lift to the station. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great too.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and a liar. She told us that the wifi was going to be repaired in a matter of hours but we had no internet throughout our stay.

Staffs are very polite and helpful. The room was clean, cozy and quiet. Big balcony with a view of the city. Totally recommend!
It is a little far from the city center, however we had car and it was not a big deal for us.

Beautiful, clean and modern suites. Breakfast was really good and well presented. Staff are very helpful and drove us to the metro.
Location wise there is not much to do locally so you will have to get transport to the centre
