The swimming pool, size and comfort of the room was great. I particularly liked the hotel bar. The selection was amazing and the staff were lovely.
The hotel itself is lovely. The area around it isn't great but it is very central. One thing that would have been nice in the room is coffee and tea making facilities.

Staff are brilliant. Outstanding service and very friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms do need coffee/tea making facilities or a coffee machine in the foyer. This is the only area I found that needs improvement.

On check-in, the receptionist did a mix up saying she couldn't find our booking, also there was a mix up with the rooms luckily it was sorted but otherwie all the others where really kind and apart from the check-in we had No other problems Area feels abit unsafe but we didn't encounter Any problems

Fantastic location, pool and an extraordinary breakfast. Although in the city centre a very quiet room. Superb view from 7th floor pool.

Hotel has really good location just next to the central station. Overall hotel is good and nice. We didn't take breakfast (as we eat gluten free , I was not sure we can find a suitable menu for us) so i can't rate the food. Our room was big and comfortable for 4 of us. The bath tube in the room was big + .
There was no kettle in the room . This was a bit disappointing. For a price like this having no tea or coffee option in the room is strange. There is a pool in the hotel which is big + but the pool water was cold for me . I couldn't swim . I think having a small pool for guests for relaxing needs to be warmer . Cz it is not a sport pool.
