Convenient location
In a very run down part of the city, very close to hostels and there were very overt working girls and drug dealings around the outside of the premises.

Very close to the heart of Munich, 1min to the main train station.
Everything, even the luggage room was charged extra. The minibar of the room was empty, with the reference to a vending machine in the lobby. The breakfast room in the basement is crowded, noisy and stressful at the main time. The underground car park was pitch dark for two days and without any light. Because of the neighborhood, no safe place for a car.

The property, once inside the doors, was clean.
The thermostat didnt seem to work. We had two very warm evenings and our room would not cool down. There seemed to be a group of suspicious men hanging out on the first floor in the courtyard, they didnt leave until the Polizie drove through.

Its a lovely hotel. Great breakfast and the prosecco for breakfast is a great touch.
Rooms are big and clean
Hot water ran out every morning. No warm shower in the morning
