Comfortable apartment style. Lacked a washing machine but there was an expensive guest laundry .
Breakfast was available but expensive.
Was in the middle of construction, so unattractively shrouded in scaffolding. Also opposite a major building site that has rerouted the road . All this produced noise from time to time.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were welcoming and the room maintenance was cheerful and discrete.
Breakfast was grossly overpriced. We had not been forewarned that the balcony was surrounded by scaffolding. If the weather had been warmer, this would have been a major disappointment.

Location is excellent, but don't be put off by the huge construction in front of it. It's very quiet, but because of the construction and rerouting of streets some Uber drivers get confused how to reach the front of the hotel. Room is very spacious, it is like a studio with cooking facilities. Bathroom is large with a tub and a shower inside. The staff recommended two nearby. We tried one "Gusto und Vino", which was excellent. We also liked a nearby Roma cafe and restaurant.
The breakfast room was well appointed and had a variety of food items, but on the skimpy side. I ate there once.

Very spacious room in the center with all you need
Rooms are clean but need an upgrade at some point .
Parking is tricky when you have a large SUV or something … very narrow

I was mostly disappointed by the construction noise, I asked for quiet room, but nowhere is quite with the major construction go nearby plus in the hotel itself

Phenomenal location in the heart of Munich. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast cost €30 or you can shop for a few groceries and prepare your own breakfast before exploring the city.
