Very good business hotel. fresh modern and neat. Perfect for a short term stay, wheater its business or private. Breakfast was OK, perhaps a little pricy. Great location in the city. I can recomend it.
Quite pricy, but I was there in the middle of Octoberfest period.....

Slick room with view, comfortable bed, and good shower.
Room was so small you would constantly run into walls, furniture and luggage. No place to put anything, just a small rod to hang your coat, and no side tables. We took two rooms, but they gave them on separate floors because one was a double and the other single occupancy. Turns out both rooms were identical and each had a queen bed (not king, unless a queen in Munich is a king!). The middle-aged gentleman with thick glasses was very nice & professional, but the rest of staff seemed unhappy. In fact, the dark haired man hosting the bar was so grim & curt we were afraid to order anything. Location was not great. It was right across a bus/tram stop, but you had to first always go to an U-Bahn station to get anywhere, like Marienplatz, Oktoberfest or BMW museum.
