Location was great. Quieter area with good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Old Town
The breakfast was tasty but the selection was quite limited. So for the price it was a bit underwhelming. But that said, everything tasted good.

The hotel was modern and in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from the center.
Most of the public transport was a bit far from the hotel, and needed a 10 minute walk to.

If you want private accommodation on the cheaper end but still nice, this is a great option. Hotel is nice, the room is fairly basic but it's nice and certainly comfortable enough for staying a short time.
There's no sheer curtain on the window, so it's either the blockout curtain or nothing. Not super close to central Munich but it's a nice area and close enough to quick public transport to the centre.
