Nice lobby on the ground floor. Rooms are new (furniture and toilet). Walking distance from the city centre (20-min walk approx.)
The room was too small: it was small for two people, even worse for a couple and a baby. This makes it not worthy quality/price. Plus, the parking is €17 per day, regardless of the hours (not fair).

The breakfast area is just too small for the amount of guests. Just too overgrouded and really hard to get a table.
Also would like to have seen slightly more variety of food for the breakfast price we paid!

Good location, 5 mins from Rosenheimer Platz with S-Bahn connections to basically everywhere. There are many similar basic hotels in Münich which I tried, but so far this was the only one not trying to be seem more than what it is - in a good way.

Renovated and clean. No coffee or tea provided, still fine. But no water provided is not acceptable. Not even cup to fetch water from tap. Staff gave 2 bottles of water complimentary only upon feedback, and told me she can refund me the costl if I would like to cancel booking and book elsewhere. Next day, I saw water voucher given (by another staff) automatically to check in guest!
