The Hotel meets my expectations, this is second time to stay there after my first Trip in April 2025 now I stayed in Dec 2025 where the staff were as usual friendly and the reception lady adjusted my room to a room overlooking the main street not at the backyard as it was originally assigned ... breakfast was good a lot of varieties and room facilities and clean level met my thoughts ... area is super friendly with supermarket 800 m far (REWE) as well Tram Station 250 m away taking you to Karlsplatz (one of famous areas of old city) through Tram line 16 or 17 in just 7 Min ... amazing stay ... my perfect spot in Munich

Location, the generosity, mostly helpful staff
Staff wernt has helpful with localised support. Eg recommendations, wouldnt help us book transport or make reservations. When we ran out of tea bags we had to go down to reception to pick some up.

The space and the cleanliness. The location was good and the building looks modern.
The bed in general. Mostly the pillows were really uncomfortable.

The Novohotel is perfectly located within easy reach of the motorway and city. We like staying here as there is a garage where we can park( parking spaces are hard to find in the residential areas)and also leave our bikes
