Breakfast has many selections and everything is flesh and delicious.
Convenient location - parking in the hotel, and still working distance from the city center.
Pool and sauna are additional advantage.

Comfortable room, frequent cleaning, very good location. Service at reception was fast and pleasant, we used luggage storage both on the day of arrival and departure.
Some things that you would expect from a hotel room were missing. For example, we were expecting a minibar and at least some kind of a storage solution, but we didn't really have either in our room, except for a small cupboard. If you provide a coffee machine and a kettle in a double room, it would make to have 2 espresso cups and 2 tea cups, so both people could enjoy those things together; instead, there was 1 of each. The TV, although large, didn't have functionalities for Chromecast or Netflix, which was a bit of a letdown.

Lovely atmosphere in the Hotel, we had a complimentary refreshments in the room.
The draught larger was flat (Not very nice)
Sauna not open til 4pm. We went for a swim in the morning but Sauna was closed.

Location was within walking distance of the city centre.
Buses and underground at the end of the road, about 350 metres.
Resteraunt food could have been more varied and a few more options.
Parts of our room was looking a bit "tired".

Location is quite good, Marienplatz is in a walking distance, metro station is very close, breakfast is nice, but the same everyday, liked small plush presents for kids and chocolate Santa’s for breakfast
General tidiness: the rooms and the hall is a bit shabby, needs good cleaning. Room was very tiny

Fantastic location, quiet area but only a 15 minute walk to the Marienplatz. Great breakfast selection. Decent size room, comfortable bed. Nice bar and restaurant area.

Nice location. Restaurant and bar space was comfortable and nice.
Rooms are small. Very little space for belongings. Half of the bathroom space is waisted on a bath with the shower and the main area are tight. Some of the workers at the breakfast area are unfriendly and grumpy.

Functional, decent location, ticks the boxes to get its rating.
Nothing really bad but small things noticed. Limited water provided (was told one bottle of water per stay), very slippery pool edge, pool water kept unusually cold, room set up for one person not two (eg one large coffee cup, one wine glass), no creamer or milk for coffee. WiFi terribly slow, couldn’t connect to TV to cast non German TV, internet too slow to stream Netflix. Very slow for working.

The breakfast was good, the price and location were all good and reasonable. We have a young family so it was good to be close to stations and shopping centres.
We would spend the morning out of the room until about 1pm and the room would never get cleaned within that time. It was our last day and I had to request a bed sheet change as my son was unwell in the last few days and needed it changed. So they took the rubbish etc then too. But it would’ve been nice to have fresh towels etc throughout the stay.
