Wonderful
Beautifully appointed room ( junior suite) which was spotlessly clean. Perfect location.
Delicious breakfast.
Charming and helpful staff.
Great cocktails.
Our sink was blocked on arrival but this was promptly dealt with.
The only English-speaking channels on the TV were news channels. I would expect at least one option of a channel with a film/drama series in English.
The room for breakfast felt quite busy and loud ( large tour groups on some tables were very noisy) and some items had run out by the time we sat down.

Very close to the Marienplatz Christmas Markets and Sbahn
Front desk Staff was friendly and helpful
Pretty noisy. We had noise from the hallway, elevators and the street. The room felt small. There was no place to store your luggage or cloths. No iron available in the room. I hate to iron but it is pretty much a necessity when your traveling from overseas. The mattresses were not very comfortable and the pillows were terrible - provided no support. The comforters were short!! I am only 5'4" and the comforter would not reach my shoulders. I had to sink my body down in the bed to get the comforter to come to my shoulders. The bathroom looked newly renovated, however, the door opens towards the sink so there is no way to use the sink or mirror without closing the door.
Breakfast was expensive and not worth it in my opinion. Housekeeping is knocking on the door at 8:30/9:00AM so be prepared to hang that DND sign. We felt that housekeeping did not do much other than make the bed and maybe provide a fresh towel and toilet paper roll. They left the dirty washcloths in the bathroom and didn't provide clean ones. The bath towels were standard size (I may have been a bit spoiled by the hotel before this that provided oversized bath towels). I feel that this hotel was not worth the price we paid.

The location was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful. I also enjoyed the buffet and the little cafe.
The lack of double pane windows. I was across from a restaurant and very close to the Hoffbrau Haus. The noise from people kept me up until after midnight and then in the early morning I would wake up to the delivery trucks. Not much sleep at this hotel.
