Property was very clean. They cleaned at least once a day. It was an easy check in and check out process. The kitchen was helpful and the room ad everything we needed for a quick stay in Munich. The bus was also very close by for getting into town.
It was a bit difficult to find at first. There weren't signs that showed it was upstairs. Also, there were only 3 unisex bathrooms for 20 rooms (the other bathroom was mens only, no women's only bathrooms).

Very clean - this is particularly important due to the shared bathrooms. Close to supermarkets and public transport. Room had a mini fridge.
We were not given instructions around the door code, lock box etc. prior to arrival. This was quite stressful, and another couple were also in the same situation (ie. locked outside). The message about "how to check in" eventually came through at 10pm that night...
