Quiet, cosy and relatively bigger rooms than other hotels at similar prices. Great housekeeping team, counter staffs and prompt response via email. Much appreciation for the teams wonderful effort!
More amenities such as slippers and a shoe brush would be excellent :)

The location was close to the main train station, the breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean , and they had fresh orchids on the breakfast tables and birds of paradise plants throughout the hotel. There was also free parking.
The area was not as upscale as the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent near the center.
All TV channels are in German. The hotel should think about adding some international channels with other languages. Only one small elevator serves the hotel. This is a problem specially when it does out of service.
