Location was great. Common spaces were beautiful. Staff was nice and helpful
It’s a place to be seen, not a place to enjoy. We live in NYC and travel all over the world for work and leisure. The prices at the hotel were outrageous. 13 euro bottles of water etc. it makes it no fun to hang out at the hotel. You can’t just grab a beer or glass of wine-well you could but it’s not just a little more expensive than a restaurant 2 blocks away, it’s more like 2-3x the price. I understand things should be more expense but this seemed excessive. Prices here were on par with NYC. The rooms also did not seem to match the price- they were ok and kind of basic. The water in the shower never got very hot.

Disappointing
We stayed for two nights and in the first room the shower was broken, no hot water! So they changed the room and the next morning we woke up with a nonstop drill sound because the spa was under construction, and this spa detail was not mentioned when we contacted the hotel before arriving. So the room rate was definitely too high for all these disturbing circumstances.
