Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and excellent food in the restaurant. Plentiful parking, and a lovely quiet location.
Wi fi was so slow it was unusable, and some details such as a shower door that wouldn't stay shut and so flooded the bathroom need attention, but these are only really minor points.

I liked the communication with the owner about the way to enter the hotel. A clear explanation was given how to get to the safe, to get the keys with a code. Very easy way.
The breakfast was great.

The place was very calm and relaxing and the room was big. The staff was nice when available.
The pictures are arranged to make the place seem nicer than what it is. The place felt quite old and the toilette separate from the shower was an annoying surprise.

Nice rooms, good size, wifi that actually works, friendly staff and good breakfast (8 euro per person) beds and pillows were comfortable and you can make the room completely dark. next to the hotel is 5 star restaurant for dinner.

A small friendly family hotel / restaurant sited in a quiet modern village with plenty of private parking at the front of the hotel.
Our room was a good size with enough facilities to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom was actually quite large with a quality shower and a pump dispenser shower gel.
The restaurant has a lovely relaxed ambience. And the food served is of excellent quality. The breakfast is a substantial continental with the additional option of scrambled eggs if requested. Overall this hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly and offers very good value for money.
If you are driving to or from the port of Rotterdam its about a 4hr drive SE

Hotel absolutely spotless. We had a lovely room with balcony. Nice seating area outside to eat or have a drink in the evening. Very good food but make sure you're hungry as the portions are big! Run by very friendly owners. Perfect place to break up our journey to southern Germany. Nice location for longer stays too.
