From the first greeting, spacious rooms, and delightful breakfast to the superb location, the hotel is awesome!
Some what noisy at night if you go to bed early, however after 11:00 pm, no problem.

Friendly staff. The place is located in the old town, near many interesting historical monuments and restaurants offering local cuisine. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. Clean & cozy. I recommend it! Travel Tip: If you plan to visit multiple museums in a single day, present the receipt from the first museum when purchasing a ticket for the second one to avail a discount.
Everything was wonderful. I can only recommend installing an Internet amplifier on the floor and purchasing more hangers for the closet.

so many thoughtful touches in the room: real glasses (not plastic), a bottle of water, great lighting, extras like iron/ironing board, shower products, safe, refrigerator, good room layout, and very friendly and helpful staff.

It's hard to speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel! The welcome we received was very warm, Kerstin the host going to great lengths to suggest the places most worth seeing in the old city. I'd certainly advise taking her up on her restaurant recommendations (note also that right by the hotel is what iis suppposedly the oldest sausage making restaurant in the world - their sausages are definitely really good!) Our room was really spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was great - a really good range of options that included a few that had thoughtfully been included for international visitors who might have specific desires from back home. We travelled through Germany by train - the hotel is easily accessible being an easy 10 minute walk from the main HBF station. All in all, it's a great place!

The room was spacious and we really appreciated the aircon as it was a very hot spell. Location was ideal for all the sights and the train station. Our train was v late in arriving and our host had a pragmatic solution which she emailed us about, so we were able to arrive and get in at our leisure. Big relief! She was also incredibly hospitable and helpful giving us suggestions and tips on where to visit and eat, which made the trip much more memorable.
Because we were in the middle of town it was a bit noisy on the Saturday night, but with the windows closed and aircon we were able to sleep.

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Giving us great recommendations on what to do in the city. The room was massive and super comfortable. The German candies on the bed when we arrived were a really nice touch and the location was great!

Superb location, nice restaurantes nearby, walking distance from city center and 5min from U-Bahn/10min from Central station. Staff is super nice, room was very clean and with some cute details that a woman apppreciates (shower cap, tea, air freshner for bathroom, etc) Lots of power plugs/usb, lighting is nice (great for makeup), lots of space for unpacking, there is even a small iron for clothes. Central air conditioning as well.
The shower is a little small, and the sound isolation from the other rooms is not very good. There is no staff during the night.

Really nice small old hotel in quiet location close to old town and nice restaurant nearby. Able to walk to station (15 min). Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again easily
