Location is great for walking around the old town. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Filling breakfast. Helpful staff. Liked having a room with three separate beds.
Would have preferred that the bathroom was not right in the middle of the bedroom with only a sliding door. Elevator does not go all the way up so we seniors had to carry our large suitcases up the last flight of stairs.

Location and staff, neat and tidy and just what you need as a solo traveller
Bedding smelt a little used, maybe needs a refresh, room had quite thin walls I had a snoring neighbour but this is not the fault of the hotel

Its a quirky hotel with its layout, very customer focused and very welcoming. Its very clean and the breakfast was first class, as were kitchen staff. First class, no complaints.

Amazing value for this central location. Lady was very friendly and helpful. Parking underneath the hotel is so easy.

The location and service are great!
Small hotel, small room. The door to the bathroom was those "sliding" doors, and it was not possible to close it entirely.
I'd recommend the hotel for solo work/short trips when you don't care if the hotel gives you a "vacation feeling."

travelling as a family of 3, it's often difficult to find a decent 3 bed room. the garden hotel has a very quiet, big enough, clean room with comfortable mattresses on the 5th floor. the breakfast was plenty and had a variety of food. the breakfast ladies were super friendly and let us have breakfast early as we had to catch a train. all people we met, working at this hotel were very helpful and friendly.
the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. if you have a problem lifting heavy luggage or have mobility issues make sure you don't end up on the 5th floor.

Functional, quiet room with great shower. All the hotel staff I met were very friendly. The breakfast was plenty and a variety of food to choose from. The location is excellent to get around on foot but also close to metro tram and bus. Lot's of coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped, the food wasn't as fresh as it should be.
