Agneshof has everything one needs for a weekend stay in Nürnberg. The location is absolutely perfect, the beds are comfy, the pressure in shower is fantastic, staff is very nice and attentive, the room is clean, it’s very quiet at night even though it’s very central.
I love a coffee machine in the room although in this hotel breakfast starts at 6:15am so I didn’t really feel the lack of coffee in the morning.
We stayed in room 200 which has small glass window between the bathroom and the kitchen. My husband got up early to go to the bathroom and woke me up when he turned the light on in the room as it was almost as bright as in the bathroom

Nice and central. Good breakfast.
The hotel was both more expensive and less atmospheric/comfortable than our hotels in Prague and Dresden. Perhaps Nürnberg is more of a tourist destination but we noticed.

Great location in the city center. The room was very clean and well maintained.
The shower is very cramped and it's quite difficult to take a shower. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and the corridor.

EXCELLENT location, literally smack dab in Nuremburg, a few minutes walk to the Christmas Markets.
For an expensive stay, we were quite disappointed with the rooms. It seemed like you were staying at an old room in the attic in your grandma's house (it had a musty/stale smell when we walked in). Decor is very outdated, as well as the bathroom. It was a BASIC stay. Breakfast was also alright (the only pro was that it had a lot of local, wild honeys to try). Wait staff was nice, front/reception staff could be a bit more pleasant.

Everything was perfect about this place for the price we paid! Location was fantastic, 2 minute walk from the castle, 10 minutes to the ‘main street’, 5 minutes to the Christmas market. Numerous eating and drinking options in the area, and many many more just a short distance away. Main station was a 20 minutes walk.
Size of room was excellent also, and it was a quiet street.
