Location and helpful staff.
We had a room on the third floor which was in the eaves. This meant I, at 6ft tall, had to bend almost double to get in and out of bed without banging my head on the ceiling.

Staff were really friendly, good location for the Christmas market
Our room was facing the road, and for the 3 nights we were there lorries were outside directly under our window at 5am every day, and were really noisy loading and unloading.

A lovely hotel tucked down a side street in the old town. Friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Everything was good but coffee/tea making facilities in the room would have gone down well.

Amazing location, beds were super comfortable, great little bar at night for drinks and great breakfast
No parking unless you have a tiny car. Small suv wouldn't fit and we had to park a couple of blocks away in public parking garage

Great location, nice rooms, towel warmers, excellent staff, held our luggage, wonderful breakfast at a fair price.
We had a twin room for our adult children (male and female) and their room had a window into the bathroom. The window was frosted but directly across from the toilet and you can certainly make out enough through the frost. They were not comfortable with this (I would have been uncomfortable if my husband and I had that room) but we were lucky the staff was able to find them another room without the window.

The Hotel Agneshof is on a quaint side street and located within a quick walk to attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and kind, offering me a converter when I accidentally left mine in the previous hotel. Our room opened into a little courtyard, the fresh air was nice.
The lack of parking, we had a small crossover-type vehicle which wouldn't fit in their space so we had to park a few blocks away.

Shower was on the smaller side and water leaked out of the door all over bathroom floor. Only stayed one night, was decent stay for the location and money. We did not eat the breakfast.
