Nobody at the reception after 2 pm which is not clear at the booking time. The main entrance is only accessible with some code that you get with an e-mail.

Super easy to check-in and checkout, directions provided via email and easy correspondence with the staff. Great location for the train to the airport. Nice area, felt safe to walk alone in the dark. Restaurant directly next door was a bonus.
I didnt mark 5 stars simply because I never saw another soul on the property. If I had needed something not having a way to call internationally I would have been in trouble.

Easy to find. Self check in was simple to use.
Bed was a bit hard and German pillows consist of more air than anything else but that seems to be found at all hotels.

It was conveniently located near the airport. It was clean and quiet. It was close to underground to get into Nuremberg.

The location was good when travelling with car.
Advertised to be free parking in bookings.com, had to pay for garage or in front of hotel parking per night. Street parking is free. Not happy that we got single split beds for a couple. The fridge was not working, the lights throughout were not on a sensor so searching in the dark for light switch was very cumbersome especially with luggage. Yea and coffee facilities would be useful.
