Exceptional
We go by car and the location was very easy to find and with available parking space in front of the Hotel. The location is in a quite place. Very clean room. Excellent Breakfast. The stuff was very polite. Also there is Super market in the 20m from the Reception and Restaurants nearby.

It wasnt to far from the strain station so could be in the centre of Hamburg in 30 minutes
It was exceptionally overpriced for the night but I believe this was due to the cancellation of flights. There were stains and burn marks on the sheets and someone not sure if it was a member of the public or staff opened our door at 8am and woke us up. This showed the property wasnt even safe and door locks were not working correctly.

Nice large room. Fantastic variety at breakfast.
Could not use safe in room as hotel had no tokens to put in safe door. Toilet not clean under the rim.
