Nice space, location is good - easy access to tram lines right outside and easy to get to the central station from there.
Check in was smooth (mine was late post 10 pm) and staff was very friendly (sorry I do not know his name)
Only one thing comes to mind- my sink didnt have an option for hot and cold water but it was a small detail for me.

Nicely designed hotel, clean & cozy room with conformable bed and good noise insulation (I asked for a quiet room and hotel helped with that even when it was a very busy time due to exhibition), good breakfast, biggest plus of the hotel is it's staff, staff at reception was very friendly and helpful (especially during check-in), they didn't forget to smile even during busy peak hours, restaurant staff was equally helpful. There is tram line right outside the hotel which is a big plus.

Location to city centre is pretty good. Just under 5 minutes to the wall and a few extra depending where you want to be. Also 5 minutes to the underground. Hotel itself is like any other motel one I stayed.
After taking a shower I needed to open a window to get all the steam and damp out. Seemed that the ventilation in the bathroom wasnt the best.

The staff was friendly
No confort in room No heater it was very cold The door ticket didn t work twice o had to ho to the reception from the 4th floor to complain although i was very after a long day traveling Went to bring water as there was no welcome water in the room ! Get back the ticket was not working to open the door Get back to the reception kept the two bottles infornt the door came back didn t found them !! Total of three times going to the reception !! 300 for this kind of service !!!

Nice hotel right next to the city center. You can move around the center on foot. We stayed with our dog. Private parking is possible for an extra fee per day.
